Return Policy
- If you are not completely satisfied with the items that you purchased, please contact us within 24 hours at service@designerdirectoutlet.com After we receive your return request, we will send you an email within 12 hours with return shipping instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) approval notice. Please include your name and order number in the body of the message along with the reason that you are requesting a return or exchange.
- Please note that all items must be returned to us in the original condition as we shipped to you. This must include any serial number cards, dust bags, manufacturer tags, gift boxes, card board inserts, and authentication cards that came with the item. We will not accept returned merchandise with any of the above items missing. This also applies to merchandise that is returned damaged, marked, misused or changed in any way. Returned items that have odors from cigarettes, fragrances, food, etc will not be accepted as a legitimate return for refund. All returns and exchanges must be received by DesignerDirectOutlet within 30-days of receipt of the item purchased.
Refund Policy
- Once we receive your returned order, your account will be credited by Amazon.com. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returned orders that were shipped out with a free domestic UPS Ground promotional offer will be charged $9.95 as a General Account adjustment to help cover our shipping & handling costs.
- Duty fees and charges on International orders are the responsibility of the customer and will not be credited.
- All returns must be sent back directly to DesignerDirectOutlet. The manufacturers of the merchandise sold on DesignerDirectOutlet are not responsible for providing you with returns, refunds, exchanges, store credits, repairs or any other claims relating to the purchase of merchandise from DesignerDirectOutlet.
Return Shipping Instructions
- Once your return request is submitted, we will send you an email with the corresponding return shipping address to ship the returned merchandise back to DesignerDirectOutlet.
- For your protection, we strongly recommend that when you send a return to DesignerDirectOutlet you use a shipping carrier that provides tracking information. We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in any way. The return of any item will be at your own expense. We will not accept any losses or damages which may occur in transit.
