Love the blouse, it is very feminine! Great fit and comfortable. Took me a little creative thinking on how to wear it since it is lace! But I found the perfect under-shirt and I'm going to be wearing it out for my Birthday Night!

This item shipped fast, and arrived before expected, but not quite as expected.
The pictures make it look like there's a bluish/whitish shell under the black lace, so you could wear it in public.
When I got it, it was only the black lace, no shell. I can wear it over other things, and it's very cute, so I'll keep it.
Be warned tho, if you're expecting what the picture shows, be prepared to find something to wear under it!

Decent Top But Fit Maybe Awkward May 04, 2008
I purchased this top in the 2X. I agree somewhat with the other reviewers in that it doesn't give, and the length is on the shorter side. Fortunately my rhinestone buttons didn't fall off, but they are a bit loose. You do have to put this over your head to get it on as well. The ruffley flare at the bottom of this top begins at the top of my low-rise jeans (on my torso, which is not too short, not too long). I could see where it would make some torsos appear wider than they are. Being that I have less hip and more chest, it probably wouldn't work for a girl with a curvier bottom.

I had this over shirt out of the packaging for all of 10 minutes when one of the rhinestone buttons fell off. I have a long torso and the the flair sat well above my hips and made me appear to be a lot wider than I am. If you have a narrow shape this shirt may work well for you, but if you have any curves to you at all I wouldn't recommend this item for you at all.

Beautiful top; runs small Sep 18, 2007
I bought this gorgeous blouse based on the photo. Lace all over, Rhinestone buttons, flared bottom..........thought it would be great for my daughter to wear at a formal event on our cruise (with a camisole underneath, of course). Well, the blouse, sized medium, ran so small that my daughter, a size 8, couldn't get it on. And since there is no elastic, zipper and the buttons are 'faux', the only way to put it on is over your head. She was afraid that the delicate material would rip. The company I bought this from shipped very quickly, so I hope that this rating is just for the blouse and will not effect the rating of the service I received from the store.
