Nice watch but BEWARE of the WARRANTY!
I purchased this watch from Amazon (not a 3rd party) for my husband and was thrilled with Amazon's price and prompt shipping. However, the crown (knob you turn to set the date and time) fell off before he was even able to wear the watch for the first time! We didn't do anything harsh to the watch, we just set the time. So we looked through the box for the warranty information and discovered that the Tag Heuer warranty card was not included. When we inquired, Amazon told us that Tag Heuer warranty cards are not issued with watches sold by Amazon! Therefore we could not take it to an authorized dealer for repair. Instead we were instructed by the watch warranty service to return it to Amazon, but Amazon told us they couldn't take the watch back and told us to contact the watch warranty service. After multiple phone calls between Amazon and Amazon's watch warranty serivce, we were instructed to send the watch to a jewelry store contracted by Amazon for repair. We followed the directions completely and were told that the repair could take 4-6 weeks. It's been almost 3 months and still no watch. Amazon claims that they can no longer assist us because the watch is now at the repair center. Multiple calls to the repair center within the last month only yield more frustration - we've been told that they are waiting for a part, with no estimate on how much longer we will have to wait. Will update on the total repair time when I finally get the watch back.
So while the watch was beautiful, we are completely disappointed with Amazon's customer service, watch warranty, and repair service.

We saw this watch at a local TAG retailer and my husband loved it. So I was able to get it here for a considerably lower price and still get a genuine item. You can't beat it!

I had the worst experience wiuth this company. They were telling me something diferent every time I called them to see why my watch was not sent. Until one off there employes told me that they were holding them because the price was going up. This is an irresposible copmpany. I cancel the order. I hope that amazon checks better companies to work with

I am very impressed with this watch. It is very heavy. It weighs more than my $8000 rolexs. This is a great deal. Local dealers are around $2000. The picture on amazon is not correct though. The blue is a darker blue and not as bright as it looks on the site, but overall a great watch.

The first thing I did was bring this watch to a local Tag dealer to verify its authenticity. It is a real tag. I was very skeptical buying from an unauthorized dealer. However, I took my chances (of course hoping that if it was a fake I would get my money back). The cheapest I could get it from a local authorized dealer was $1700 and that was because I knew someone. Without that it was $1850. So, after taxes I saved over $500!!! This is my first Tag, so I really cannot comment on the accuracy or its perfomance or anything like that. In my opinion this is the finest watch Tag makes. You may have a different one. I am just writing this because a review like this would have helped me feel safer in its authenticity. So, you can trust that this site sells real stuff!! And the shipping was super fast too!!!
