 cute shoes great price Dec 22, 2008
great looking shoes, does run slightly small wears a 7.5, ordered a 7.5 they are wearable but could have been little bigger. The cognac color is also slightly darker than they appear in the picture, never the less these are great pair for what I paid 29.99 bought directly from amazon. since i have discovered amazon, i refuse to shop anywhere else.

I first saw this gorgeous gladiator platform at Nordstrom Rack but they were still $49.95 -- so imagine my delight when I found the same exact one, in cognac leather at Amazon.com for half the price!
As for the shoe itself, it's unbelievably comfortable. I love the buckles, and they are fully adjustable for a truly custom fit. The platform has traction on the bottom, so you don't slip and fall on your face. Don't be intimidated by the heel height -- yes it's five inches but the platform makes these babies super stable and very wearable. So sexy!
I love the Steve Madden brand -- I have a wider foot and I can never go wrong with Steve Madden because their shoes always fit me very well. I'm also super happy with Amazon for getting my order on time and I can't thank you enough for your price! Looks like a splurge, but really it's a steal : )
I did order half size down on this pair, I usually wear a size 9 when it comes to high heeled pumps, but with this sandal, I ordered half size down because it does run a little wide and it pushes your foot forward. Nonetheless, it's still comfy and still beautiful, just remember to order half size down.

I love these gladiator style sandals, I purchased the platinum and they are super shiny metallic. They are comfy and easy to walk in. The heel measurements are different on every site I have seen these on. These are what they really are: the stacked heel is 4 1/8" but when you include the extra chunk above the tapered stacked heel the total is 5 1/4".
They are comfy because of the 1 1/4" platform in the front, they also have tread on the bottom so there is no slipping. Lots of buckles for a custom fit. The are roomy so I ordered 1/2 size smaller so my arch fits right in the arch groove.

Steve Madden has made the sexiest gladiator shoe. The heels are super sexy because it tapers to a point and isn't chunky like a lot of them. The togga's are much nicer than the crowws which are the flat footed ones. these dress up cute shorts or a dress. I really like the shoes, the fit is a good size, they are even a bit big because the heel height pushes your foot a little farther down. Only downside is they are a bit wobbly and a little hard to walk in. I almost fell in them twice because the way the front 2 inch platform is. Otherwise, walk slow and strut your stuff.
