nice watch Jul 25, 2008 I bought this watch as a birthday present to myself. I love the size and color of the face. It looks nice the casual and dress clothes. The only problem that I have with the watch is that I can't see the day, month, and whatever the other dial is?!@!? I didn't even set them because It really doesn't matter. All being said, I would recommend this watch.
Beautiful Jul 02, 2008 This is a lovely watch, very flat on the wrist and comfortable to wear. I subtracted one star because the calendar dial is so hard to read as to be nearly useless; a window with a number would've been better.
For those of you getting far-sighted, even though the face is large (15/16ths" in dia.)in some light it's hard to see the thin silver hands against the pearly-pink dial. But the pink is so pretty! A bit more subtle than the picture shows.
I was concerned about keeping all those dials accurate, but not to worry. The only dial needing updating is the calendar, and that works in the usual way, with the stem slightly pulled out. For the 24-hr and day-of-the-week dials, once they're set they don't have to be reset. They're set by running the hands forward day by day until the dials are correct, but that's not as hard as it sounds, since the hands move very easily and the stem doesn't hurt your fingers, like it does on some (cheaper) watches.

Seiko Women's Diamond Coutura Apr 23, 2008 This is a beautiful and well constructed watch. The pink mother of pearl adds dimension and depth to the face, depending on lighting and viewing angle it can appear anywhere from nearly white to pink. The case is polished, while the band's link centers are polished with their outer portions brushed. The clasp has two buttons that must be squeezed to release the band. At 31mm the watch is about 1/4 inch wider than the average watch for women. It's about 7mm thick. The black cabochon crown nicely compliments the small diamonds in the bezel. The sapphire crystal is flat and projects approximately 1/4mm above the bezel, with finely beveled edges. Timekeeping seems to be very accurate, in two weeks it hasn't drifted at all, having been synchronized to the atomic clock. The subdials for the day and seconds are functional, however the subdial for the date is too difficult to read as it is very finely graduated. The only other minor detractor is that the day subdial cannot be set directly on its own, you have to adjust the hour and minute hands through however many days necessary to get to the correct day on the subdial. A minor annoyance, but that combined with the nearly impossible to read date subdial prevented a 5 star review. Absolutely gorgeous watch, very high quality, and has garnered several compliments from my wife's coworkers. If you're looking for a very nice watch that's just a bit bigger than the majority of women's watches, I'd recommend it without reservation.
Beautiful watch! Feb 10, 2008 This is a strikingly beautiful watch and I'm very happy with the look and feel of wearing it. It's a great everyday watch. It's bigger than I thought it would be, so if you have a small frame it might not be the watch for you. I love the chronograph feature - the way it looks and the whole idea of having the date and day displayed on your watch. However, I'm not using the chronograph functions because they are too small to see (even with my reading glasses).
